Personal chef, events & cooking class

The personal chef, cooking class and event services consist in chef Ana Brandt cook for you and your guests at your home or your preferable choice. The chef brings all the ingredients she will need for preparing the dishes. The client’s place must have a kitchen fully equiped and be organized and cleaned when she arrives there. Please, the oven, the stove and the dishwasher must be empty and cleaned.

After the dinner is served or the cooking class has finished, the chef will leave the kitchen at the same state of cleanness and organization that she found when arrived there. That includes the surfaces, the equipments, the floor, the utensils and the tableware. If dishwasher is available, it will be filled with the dirty tableware and utensils. For the cocktails and canapés, the chef agrees in advance with the client if she will stay up to the end of the event.

Ps.: the glasses (any kind of) as well drinks are not include in the service. If you would like a person to serve, plan and prepare the drinks as also take care of the glasses, please inform it to the chef.

Transport

The chef attends in Groningen municipality without extra fee for transportation. For locations outside the city of Groningen, please contact the chef and an extra fee may be added.

Requesting a service

After you decided the service and filled the form with the informations required, the chef will contact you to confirm the plan and check few more details about the kitchen (equipments and utensils available) and the service. After that, you can proceed with the payment and have the confirmation for the booking.

Payment, refund & confirmation

The confirmation with the full payment should happen at least 7 days before the event date.
If the event has to be canceled, you will be fully compensate in case the cancelation happens with a minimum of 5 days in advance. In case the cancelation happens with a minimum of 48 hours before the event, the reimburse will be 50% of the full payment. No refund will be done if you have to cancel the event with less than 48 hours before the dinner.
Ps: if the chef has to cancel the service, no matter when, the full amount payed will be reimbursed to the client. No other amount must be payed.

When you contract the personal chef service, you have automatically agreed with all the informations explained above.
